Justin brings Access Consultants a diverse background in the Sports and Entertainment industry. With twelve-plus years experience in sales and business development, Justin has successfully implemented client entertainment programs at the Major League level and to marquee national events like the Super Bowl, BCS National Championship and The Masters. Prior to co-founding Access Consultants, Justin held various executive management and sales roles with the LA Kings, Anschutz Entertainment Group, LA Dodgers and Owner’s Pass, LLC. An alum of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, Justin currently resides in Portland, OR with his wife Stefanie.

Randy Bechtold

For over 12 years, Randy has been working within a sales environment, for both the Sports and Entertainment industry, as well as the Real Estate industry. He has worked for various organizations such as the PGA Sprint International Golf Tournament, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Kings, Anschutz Entertainment Group, and Owner's Pass, LLC. He has both sold and organized numerous sporting events and is skilled at working hand in hand with both Fortune 500 Companies and small to mid-size companies to help obtain and plan for their entertainment needs. Currently, Randy resides in Redondo Beach, CA, and is an alum of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He enjoys snow skiing, surfing, and sailing.

Mike Beauvais

Prior to joining Access Consultants, Mike Beauvais held the position of Regional Director of Sales for Owner's Pass, LLC. He oversaw sales & service for the company's Chicago & New York offices. Prior to joining Owner's Pass, he was Sr. Director of Premium Seating for the Chicago Fire of MLS and helped develop the teams first corporate sales department, which coincided with the opening of New Soldier Field (2003) and Toyota Park (2006). Mr. Beauvais started his career in game operations & promotions for the Minnesota Timberwolves and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in sports marketing. He currently resides in Naperville, IL with his wife Kim.
